The automatic liquid filling unit for juice beverage barrels is
composed of a filling machine and a capping machine/capping
machine. Manufacturers can choose different types of filling
machines and supporting auxiliary machines according to their own
needs. The liquid filling machine is designed and manufactured with
stainless steel material. It is suitable for measuring and filling
in the food, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries. It has
a series of functions such as capping/sealing and coding.
In the barrel feeding positioning part, the empty barrels in the
positioning groove automatically and accurately enter the bottom of
the filling head under the drive of the roller table. The feeding
speed and feeding interval are completely matched with the filling
machine, and the whole group is controlled synchronously. Among
them, the round wide-mouth barrel is located at the front end of
the barrel loading device, and an automatic barrel loading device
can be added to realize more efficient automatic operation.
The capping/capping section adopts a fully automatic capping
machine, and the capping is orderly and accurate. The small mouth
barrel adopts a fully automatic capping and capping machine, which
can adjust the size and capping force according to the size of the
barrel cap, and is compatible with various threaded bottle caps;
after adjusting the position of the corresponding nut on the main
shaft, the cap can be closed normally, which is suitable for
various international Standard cover. The capping/capping mechanism
operates stably to ensure the quality and precision of capping.
