Mini Doypack Packaging machine is controlled by microcomputer
central processing unit (PLC), triggered by solenoid valve, driven
by air cylinder, and monitored by sensor online. Main effective
actions such as bag taking, conveying, and bag opening are
completed by soft suction cup, and emergency stop and vacuum are
set. The sensor function ensures stable, smooth and safe operation.
The single-station packaging machine for take-down bags can be
operated with various types of feeding and weighing equipment, and
is applied to different material packaging requirements, such as
granular materials, powders, sauce liquids and other food and
non-food products. The weighing equipment is controlled by the host
PLC, and the connection is simple. The action mode and unloading
time of the host can be adjusted according to different material
properties and packaging volumes to achieve the best packaging
effect.
Applicable materials: granules, small pieces, powder, liquid, paste
and other food and non-food; such as pet food, candy, coffee beans,
nuts, grains, coffee powder, flour, ketchup, life care liquid, etc.
