Flow packaging machine can be used for packaging instant noodles,
biscuits, steamed buns, moon cakes, twists, ham, ice cream, frozen
foods and other small foods.
The pillow packaging machine is driven by a continuously variable
transmission motor, and the tooth chain continuously variable
transmission rotates through a V-belt. The transmission obtains
different operating speeds according to the speed change of the
speed control transmission chain. The packaging film is installed
on the film feeding shaft, the packaged items are put into the
feeder (irregular items need to be fed manually), and the conveyor
belt automatically transfers the packaged items to the packaging
part, where they are packaged in the film. Then heat and press to
form, send it to a horizontal sealing cutting knife for hot melt
horizontal sealing, and break it. The finished product is then
output through the conveyor belt.
The pillow-type packaging machine adopts color touch screen and
stable and reliable dual-axis high-precision output plc control,
bag making, measuring, filling, sealing, coding, and bag cutting at
one time. It adopts pneumatic control and circuit control, with low
noise and stable performance. Pillow-type packaging machines
generally use double-belt servo-pulling die and double-servo
control, with less resistance, better packaging bags, more
beautiful appearance, high positioning accuracy, and accurate
dimensions.
