1. Simple introduction

Welding positioner is mainly used for welding and assembling parts, It makes the workpiece in the best welding or assembly position through the turning over of the mechanism for welding and assembly. It is widely used in the welding of flange and pipe fitting joints, as well as the inversion of construction machinery and the position conversion of various welding structures. It can also be used as robot peripheral equipment to realize welding automation. It greatly improves the quality of welding, at the same time can reduce the number of work handling, reduce the labor intensity of workers, quickly improve the labor efficiency.

The head cutting machine consists of a table, a base and a turning mechanism. The transmission system has a self-locking mechanism. Electrical control consists of an electrical box and a remote box.

There is a control board in the electric control box. The board is composed of a frequency converter, fuses, control transformers, contactors and connection terminals. This part mainly controls the motor's on and off and realizes the positive and negative actions of the worktable. The roller rack can be commissioned and operated by an electric control box and a remote box.

The table can be rotated in any direction within its own plane. The control switch on the electrical box can be used, or the remote box can be used to start or stop the rotation. The transmission process is: motor → two-stage reducer → mesa.
