Description

Structural Principle
The vertical coal mill is driven by the motor reducer to drive the
grinding plate to rotate. The raw coal materials are sent to the
center of the grinding plate. Under the action of centrifugal
force, the coal mine enters the grinding roller table. Under the
pressure of the grinding roller, the coal mine is squeezed, ground,
sheared, and then crushed. At the same time of grinding, hot air
can be directly passed through. The drying capacity is strong. When
drying the raw coal moisture, the hot air will be uniformly sprayed
upward. The pulverized coal after grinding is blown by the
high-speed air flow, Coarse pulverized coal will be blown back to
the grinding plate for grinding, and qualified pulverized coal will
flow out of the mill with gas, and then collected by dust
collection equipment to become finished products.
High yield
The production capacity of the single machine is large, the feeding
strength is large, and the powder output rate is high.

It integrates drying, grinding, grading and conveying, and is
