DG70 Aerial Ladder Platform fire truck is the most advanced world class fire-fighting truck. The Aerial ladder platform fire vehicle is modified from VOLVO FM540 84R chassis. It Equipped with 70 meters telescopic scaling ladder and turnable platform, American imported fire monitor. Rescue platform is installed at the end of the fly-jib for rescue and firefighting purpose.

The vehicle consists of 2 sets of control stations, one at turret and one inside the rescue cage. The control stations adopt most advanced electro-pneumatic proportioning control value as the drive module, The control panels are equipped with computerized LCD monitor can display the angles of the boom, the extended length of the booms, also equipped with the proximity switch and signal illuminated display alarm, to achieve the ultimate position of the movement of the automatic deceleration and stop, to ensure the safety of operation.

4. Extendable Boom and Ladder Structure

The structure is welded by high-strength alloy steel cold drawn seamless profiles. The boom consists of Four (6) sections and one (2) fly-jibs, which are driven by chain and hydraulic cylinders. The side ladder is made of aluminium and telescopic synchronized with the movement of the booms, each section of ladder can load 2 people walking down at the same time.

5. Rescue Platform

Rescue platform is installed at the end of the fly-jib for rescue and firefighting purpose made of seamless welded structure, computer control and display system locate in the platform, automatic leveling repeatable accuracy less than 0.1°. Fireman can operate all movements of the booms including extension/retraction, amplitude change and rotation. Maximum capacity is 500 kg with front electric remote controlled water monitor, light system, wired inter-communication system. The rescue platform is self-automatic leveling with movement of the boom, the bottom of platform can always maintain parallel with ground surface, the platform will be locked automatically when the boom movement is stopped. The monitor can discharge the water/foam with straight or dispersed stream at different angles, and positions for fire-fighting of high rise buildings.
