Product Description
Portable laser welding machine is a new type of welding, is also
one of the important aspects of the application of laser material
processing technology. Laser welding is mainly for the welding of
thin-walled materials and precision parts. The welding process
belongs to the heat conduction type, that is, laser radiation heats
workpiece surface and surface heat diffuses to the interior through
heat conduction. By controlling the parameters of laser pulse
width, energy, peak power and repetition rate, the workpiece is
melted to form a specific molten pool. The laser welder is not only
for laser welding, but also for rusts removal and cutting.

Connect the wire, Insert the air pipe and Connect the wire feeding
device
◎The yellow green line is the ground wire, the red line and the
blue line are connected to a neutral line and a live line, which
can be connected to the electrical box. After the connection,
connect the main power line to the lower right of the back cover of
the equipment, PE line to ground wire, N line to neutral line, and
L line to ground wire. (Please refer to the actual laser power cord
for details).
◎Connect the connection of the gas pipe connector at the lower
right of the rear cover of the equipment with the gas pipe of the
oxygen cylinder flowmeter (gas pipe connector) to ensure no air
leakage.
◎Insert the power cable of the wire feeding device into the cable
hauling board or distribution box, connect the interface of the
reserved cable at the lower left of the rear cover of the device to
the wire feeding device, and assemble the wire feeding machine.
◎Fix the wire feed head on the hand holding welding head.
