The extension cable is made of tinned copper wire with PVC, SR-PVC,
XL-PVC, XL-PE and other insulating materials. It is widely used in

copier, printer, wireless instrumentation, lighting fixtures,

Its electronic wire type is UL1007.
Rating is 80 deg C, 300 Vac, Horizontal flame. optional - 60 deg C
or 80 deg C Oil.
Conductor is 32 AWG - 16 AWG, Solid or Stranded.
Insulation is Extruded PVC, 15 mils minimum average thickness, 13
mils minimum thickness at any point.
Standard is Appliance Wiring Material UL 758.Marking is General.
Use is Internal wiring of appliances. Tags may indicate the

The advantages of using UL material are UL758, UL1581 and CSA,
C22.2 NO.210, UL VW-1 and CSA FT1 vertical combustion test, PVC
insulation with low lead and cadmium, and compliance with SONY

Process requirements:Each wire needs to be sealed with a riveting
terminal, after cutting the line,put the wire through the belows
first. and then over the transparent sleeve wi th riveting terminal
empty pin of rubber shell at ends blind plugging.Yellow clips must
be installed after rubber shells at both ends are inserted into
terminals.

conditions: insulation impedance≥10M “on-going impedance
≤l∞high-voltage DC300V 0.1.the outer wire shoudnt be
damaged,dirty,and the core shall not be broken.Terminal crimping
should be good and rel iable, and copper wire should not be
exposed.All materials comply with EU RoHS directive.
