This machine is a desktop electrolyte filler with speed and volume control console and injection pump for high-precision
dispensing purpose. The control console allows to customize the dispensing volume by driving the internal stepper motor. The injection pump adjusts the volume of each dispensation. is an ideal tool for preparing electrolyte in battery R&D.

316 stainless steel pouring head container,
With double pneumatic lift off valve (double lift off valve structure).
4, Precision metering pump 2, Model: E2-R12T;
The use of stepper motor-driven piston pump, precision ceramic rotary valve.
Injection volume can reach 7.2ML. (Refer to pump data)
5, Pneumatic control valve components, SMC pneumatic control valve module
6, Controller, PLC controller, color touch screen configuration
7, Pipe, all liquid piping using PFA plastic pipe
