1. Frequency: ≥20KHz, can be divided into low frequency, medium

2. Cleaning medium: ultrasonic cleaning, general two kinds of
cleaning agent: chemical solvent, water-based cleaning agent. The
chemical action of the cleaning medium can accelerate the
ultrasonic cleaning effect. Ultrasonic cleaning is a physical

thoroughly clean the objects.
3. Power density: Power density = transmitting power
(W)/transmitting area (cm²) usually ≥0.3W/cm², the higher the power
density of ultrasonic, the stronger the cavitation effect, the
faster the speed, the better the cleaning effect. However, for
precise and highly polished objects, the use of a long time of high
power density cleaning will produce "cavitation" corrosion on the
surface of the object.
4. Ultrasonic frequency: the lower the ultrasonic frequency, the
easier the cavitation in the liquid, the greater the intensity, the
stronger the effect, suitable for the workpiece (coarse, dirty)
early washing. High frequency ultrasonic direction is strong,
suitable for fine object cleaning.
5. Cleaning temperature: Generally speaking, the cavitation effect
of ultrasonic wave is best at 30℃-40℃. The higher the temperature
of cleaning agent, the more significant the effect. Usually the
actual application of ultrasonic, using 50℃-70℃ working
temperature.
