High Magnetic Permeability Core	The EI24 core is made of materials with high magnetic permeability, such as silicon steel. When an alternating current flows through the primary winding, it generates a magnetic field. The high magnetic permeability of the core allows this magnetic field to be concentrated and easily coupled to the secondary winding, facilitating efficient transfer of electrical energy.
Precise Voltage Transformation	Based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, the ratio of the number of turns in the primary winding (Np) to the number of turns in the secondary winding (Ns) determines the voltage transformation ratio. If the number of turns in the secondary winding is more than that in the primary winding (Ns>Np), it steps up the voltage; if Ns<Np, it steps down the voltage. The induced electromotive force (EMF) in the secondary winding is proportional to the rate of change of the magnetic flux, which is related to the current in the primary winding.
Low Magnetic Leakage	The EI-shaped core design provides a closed magnetic path, minimizing the leakage of the magnetic field outside the core. This ensures that most of the magnetic flux generated by the primary winding is linked with the secondary winding, improving the efficiency of the transformer and reducing energy losses due to magnetic leakage.
Good Electrical Insulation	The windings of the EI24 low frequency transformer are insulated from each other and from the core using high-quality insulating materials. This prevents electrical short circuits between the primary and secondary windings and between the windings and the core. When there is a voltage difference between the windings, the insulation materials withstand this potential difference, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the transformer.
