FAQ

Q1: MOQ?

A: It is 1 ton if evaluated by weight or $3000/lot if evaluated by order value. The prices quoted might vary with quantity, and we always declare MOQ in every quotation.

Q2: Terms of Payment?

A: For clients with a good credit rating, we usually take T/T after loading. For new clients whom we have no way to review their credit, we take deposits to start an order.

Q3: Do you require a down payment to start making casting molds or machining tools?

A: Yes. We will take a 50% down payment from new clients who don’t have a credit rating here. The remaining molds and tooling fee can be T/T paid after samples are approved. But for most of our loyal clients, we don’t need any down payments.

Q4: What happens if I put a down payment of some tooling fee, but you can’t deliver qualified samples?

A: If the first batch samples PPAP are refused, we will improve it according to the deviations on the PPAP and resend the 2nd batch samples. If the 2nd batch still can’t be accepted, your down payment will be refunded.

Q5: Delivery time?

A: For mass production orders, delivery time is usually 45 days.

Q6: What happens if I find defects when the order arrives?

A:--Please explain details of the defects using photos, P/O No, and Cases No. ,so that we can trace the heat No. from there. --Our QC team will respond within 48 hours and will take 8D procedure to improve it if necessary. --Our sales team will follow up with a compensation or replacement plan very soon.

Q7: If I only have an idea and no completed drawing for production, can you help with prototyping ?

A: Yes we can. We will also show you 3D drawings for discussion.
