1. Why would I prefer to use cross-linked foam?
Cross-linking can improve physical properties of the foam,
including water-proof, tensile strength, elongation,heat stability
and so on.
2. What is difference between XPE and EVA Foam?
IXPE pad is made by polyethylene foam material. polyethylene itself
is non-toxic and odorless.it does not contain any toxic auxiliary
agent and uses a high-temperature foaming agent. IXPE has low
thermal conductivity and good thermal insulation performance. IXPE
has high mechanical strength and long-lasting properties.
Anti-aging, stable chemical. Touching is soft, looks fine and
smooth.
EVA surface finish and flatness of the product are poor. EVA coils
are welded to achieve a longer size. Has an unpleasant smell. The
surface has spile hole.

underlayment?

Our thickness range is from about 0.02 mm to 8 mm in single layer
and more than 65mm after lamination.
The max. width we produce is 1700mm depends on different spec.
