The telecom base station support exists as a separate product in
the ground support, the convenience of construction, height from
the ground and span should be considered in the design of the
structure.
In particular, the site size of some telecom base stations is
limited, and the solar structure needs to share the site with the
power distribution cabinet. So how to make the solar structure can
be erected above the power distribution cabinet or other equipment
without mutual interference is a problem that needs to be
considered for the designing. Also the angle need to be consider,
due to different place telecom base station will need different
angle, how to make it flexible to meet different site needs and how
to make it modular are all the issues we need to consider when make
the design.
After repeated strength calculation and multiple sample tests, we
have developed two kinds of products that can cope with telecom
base stations. The aluminum style is recommended here. Most of the
standard arrays are 3 * n landscape layout, and the height above
the ground is more than 2m, the modular design allows the field to
be freely combined and spliced into a larger array.
