MC4 Crimper/Solar Crimping Tool Kits For 2.5-6.0 Mm2 MC4 Connectors

The MC4 Crimper tool kit normal include Strip Clamp, crimping clamp and plastic spanner. Mainly used for install the MC4 connector. Although we do not produce these products, but we have long-term cooperative suppliers. If customers need them, we can purchase them or export them. We will try our best to provide customers with one-stop procurement services to meet their different needs.

Assembly step:

1. Strip the insulating layer of cable. L=8±0.5mm. Be attention and not to cut off the wire core.

Note: Please keep the cable cross section flat when cutting the cable. The O.D of cable needs to be controlled within 5.8mm~7.2mm.

2. Put the stripped cable into the terminal hole and ensure that all cores are in the terminal hole.

Note: Do not touch the positioning angle of the terminal

3. Push the riveted pin into the insulator until they engage. Pull lightly on the lead to check that the metal part has engaged.

4. Install the cable gland. First screw it by hands, then lock tightly by plastic spanner or plastic spanner and ring spanner. The front-end of connector need to be fixed during Production. Unscrew the rear cover, recommend input torque force 2.5~4N.m.
