When designing the airflow drying system, we fully consider various
factors such as turbulence, cyclone separation and heat exchange,

each configuration and parameter has a clear theoretical basis,
such as the configuration of heat exchange, the temperature control
of inlet and
outlet air, Swirl tube diameter changes, etc. By measuring the
moisture content of the feed or the temperature difference between
the inlet and the
outlet, the feed volume and steam volume are automatically adjusted
to make the product moisture content meet the process requirements.
Airflow dryer is not only suitable for drying all kinds of potato
starch, but also for drying corn starch and wheat starch.
