The aluminum laminated film forming machine is an equipment used in the aluminum laminated film forming of lithium-ion pouch cell. The equipment is driven by an air cylinder, and the upper and lower forming dies can be made according to customer requirements to realize different sizes of aluminum laminated film shells of lithium-ion batteries. Sheet aluminum laminated film forming, suitable for R&D and sample preparation applications;

Cylinder drive, no need for electricity, adjustable molding pressure and molding speed; high-strength frame, upper and lower precision templates to ensure molding accuracy; the molded product stretches evenly, the stretching effect is high, and there is no badness such as strain or crack; standard configuration A set of standard size molds can also be made according to customer requirements.

Standard mold: L62*W46mm, the required aluminum laminated film size is 160mm long and 110mm wide

Punching depth: Max. 6mm, high tensile strength is related to the quality of the aluminum-plastic film, standard depth gauges of 3, 4, 5, 6mm

Forming accuracy: ±0.05mm

Forming thickness: 0.1~ 0.2mm aluminum plastic film
