1.Application

Full fiber bell type split heat treat furnace can be used for normalizing, quenching, tempering and other heat treatment of metal materials and parts. It is famous for energy conservation, practicality and novelty.

2.Main features

1.1 The whole fiber heat treatment furnace structure is adopted, which has excellent energy-saving performance. Compared with the brick resistance furnace of the same specification, it saves energy by 30 ~ 38%, and the heating rate is doubled.

1.2 The furnace body is light. The furnace body can be easily removed through the manual mechanism or electric device to show the furnace platform, which is convenient for loading and unloading.

1.3 The furnace body is moved, which is convenient for equipment maintenance and repair and improves the service life of the furnace.

1.4 The furnace for heat treatment system can be used with one cover and multiple furnace positions to improve productivity and save investment.

3.Structural Features

3.1 moving furnace body, furnace lining and heating element:

A. The mobile furnace body is welded into the shell by steel plate and section steel, and the materials include channel steel, angle steel, steel plate, etc.

B. The heat treat furnace lining is pressed into a module with all fiber cotton and fixed on the furnace shell support through stainless steel elements.

C. The heating element adopts wavy resistance belt, which is hung and fixed on both sides and the furnace lining of the rear wall through high aluminum porcelain nails.

3.2 fixed furnace platform, furnace lining, heating element and furnace bottom plate:

A. The fixed heat treatment oven platform and furnace body adopt channel steel as the frame, and the steel plate is welded into the coaming.

B. The electric resistance furnace lining is made of insulation brick, light clay brick, heavy clay brick and so on.

C. The heating element is placed in the furnace lining groove with spiral resistance wire and fixed with wire laying brick.

D. The bottom plate of the furnace is made according to the furnace lining of the trolley, and expansion slots are reserved between each other.

3.3 Furnace body moving device: the furnace body moving device adopts cycloidal needle wheel reducer, which drives the cast steel walking wheel through chain, sprocket, transmission shaft and bearing to achieve the transmission effect.The limit device limits the position of the furnace body.
