The purifified RNA can be directly used for downstream applications such as RT-PCR, RT-qPCR or next generation sequencing.

Application Examples

BioEast Virus RNA Extraction Kit (Magnetic Beads) and three Commercially available mainstream brand kits was used to extract the same SARS-cov-2 pseudovirus-containing oral swab sample. The extracted RNA was subsequently detected using RT-qPCR analysis.
