metal materials, as well as overall tempering, annealing and
tempering of metal materials.
3. Used for continuous heating of steel, copper, aluminum and other
rods or tubes.
4. Diathermal forging equipment for various steel rings, fasteners,
high-strength bolts and nuts, bolt nuts, bearings, bearing rings,
flanges, cross shafts, camshafts, half shafts, flange forks,
universal joints and other workpieces.

Performance characteristics of intermediate frequency furnace
1. High power, low frequency, good heat permeability, fast heating
speed and high production efficiency.
2. The main device adopts IGBT module, and the circuit adopts
uncontrolled full bridge rectification, capacitor filtering, bridge
inverter and series resonant output.
3. With the function of automatic frequency tracking, it can always
ensure high power factor in the whole process. Regardless of the
output power, the power factor is always greater than 0.9.
4. When the whole material is heated, the length of the induction
coil is long, and there are several pieces of material heating at
the same time. The heating is uniform, and the heating efficiency
is more than 85%, which further ensures the effect of diathermy.
5. The frequency range is large, and the appropriate frequency can
be selected according to the diameter of the specific heating
workpiece.
6. The transmission system is driven by frequency converter, one
for each shaft, with stable transmission and reliable operation.
7. The system adopts centralized control, the production workshop
can basically realize unmanned operation, and the maintenance is
convenient.
