Introduction to medium frequency furnace:
The medium frequency furnace is composed of frequency converter,
furnace body and furnace front control. Thyristor medium frequency
power supply is to convert three-phase power frequency alternating
current into direct current through rectifier circuit, and then
output it into single-phase medium frequency alternating current
through inverter circuit to supply the medium frequency coreless
induction furnace, and then use electromagnetic induction principle
to place the workpiece in alternating magnetic field to generate
eddy current and heat, so as to meet the heating requirements of
smelting, quenching and diathermy.

Features of intermediate frequency furnace:
1. It can be controlled manually or automatically by using the
automatic control panel. According to customer requirements,
infrared controller can be additionally configured to make heating
more intelligent.
2. The machine uses the principle of electromagnetic induction,
which can penetrate non-metallic materials and instantly induce
heat to any metal in a non-contact manner;
3. IGBT inverter power device is adopted, which is efficient and
energy-saving and easy to control heating. The heating current
value and the heating voltage value can be set, and the current,
voltage, power and frequency are all displayed. The operation is
intuitive, simple and convenient.
4. The traditional intermediate frequency parallel resonance
structure is adopted, with a large frequency range, from 1kHz to
20kHz. It can be matched according to the size of the specific
heating workpiece or the depth of heat penetration, and has a wide
range of adaptability. Simple load matching, high equipment
efficiency and high utilization.
5. The machine has multiple self-protection functions: overvoltage,
overcurrent, water shortage, overheating, high frequency, low
frequency, phase loss protection, etc. in case of any manual error
during operation, the machine will automatically alarm immediately
to protect its own life.
