1. When heating with medium frequency induction heating equipment,
please ensure that there is no short circuit in the output line.
2. When the medium frequency induction heating equipment is
operating, the operator should stay away from the parts to avoid
danger.
3. During the operation of the intermediate frequency induction
heating equipment, the equipment may be stopped due to the
overcurrent of the intermediate frequency induction heater. After
troubleshooting and solving the problem, when restarting the
intermediate frequency induction heating equipment, stay on the
secondary output control stop key for 5 seconds before releasing
the button.
4. During the disassembly and assembly process of the workpiece,
the intermediate frequency induction heater shall be in a power-off
state. It is not allowed to disassemble and install workpieces when
the if sensor is running.
5. Operators should be familiar with all buttons of intermediate

functions. In case of uncontrollable emergency failure, the machine

do not touch the buttons on the console at will to avoid
uncontrollable danger.
7. The working environment of the intermediate frequency induction
heater shall be kept clean.
