ASTM A269 TP304 is an austenitic grade covering standard seamless and welded configurations. ASTM A269 TP304 Pipes are designed with nickel and chromium and other good components that make up the alloy, giving these pipes enhanced resistance to corrosive and oxidizing media. ASTM A269 Tp304 stainless steel tube has a density of 8 g/cm3 and a melting point of 1400 degrees Celsius. These tubes have excellent mechanical properties and work well at different pressures and temperatures.

ASTM A269 TP304 grade pipe is produced in seamless, welded and erw configurations. Each of these types can be differentiated based on certain key characteristics. ASME SA269 Grade 304 Seamless Tubing is designed for high temperature service. The tubes are produced when hot billets are passed through the extrusion of metal for precise shaping. They exhibit exceptional strength and excellent load-carrying capacity in the system. SA270 Tp304 cold drawn seamless pipe is processed immediately after hot rolling at room temperature. These tubes feature an excellent surface finish and enhanced resistance to aggressive media in different settings. A269 Tp304 Welded Pipe is manufactured using standard welding procedures to weld slats in place. These tubes are used for low pressure and low temperature applications; however, they provide a cost-effective alternative to standard seamless tubing. ASTM A269 Tp304 SS Erw Tube is a unique grade created when a high voltage current is passed through the tubes to weld them in longitudinal cross section. These tubes do not require any filler material to hold them in place and can be customized in a variety of sizes to suit all project requirements.
