Product Specification:
Two-component high-efficiency thermal cotton is made of
polypropylene superfine fiber and three-dimensional hollow
polyester staple fiber. Polyester hollow crimped fiber has good
elasticity and closed-cell structure, and is hot-melt bonded with
polypropylene fiber, so that the fiber web has a good
three-dimensional network structure, with good consolidation,
integrity, and bulkiness, resulting in better formation The
moisture-repellent, breathable and heat-preserving effect makes the
heat-preserving material have the characteristics of "warmth
retention, comfort, lightness, and mildew resistance", making the
warm clothing high-end and fashionable. The two-component thermal
cotton has high resilience, does not deform, can be moisture-proof,
washed, and dry-cleaned. It can be widely used in clothing,
clothing, shoes and hats, and can also be used in other industries
such as automobiles.
Product Performance:
The material is white and soft, and the two fibers are mixed to
form a consolidated three-dimensional network structure, which has
a large specific area and light weight;
The blocking effect of bi-component fiber on heat evacuation is
higher than that of ordinary fiber, and the effect of heat
preservation is good;
The material is easy to dry when exposed to water, and the moisture
regain rate is close to zero. It is suitable for use in humid and
severe cold environments;
Two kinds of fibers with different diameters are mixed with good
