Technical requirements for delivery inspection

1. Output: Granular material 1-2t/h

2. Mixing uniformity of the mixer: variation coefficient cv<8%

3. The temperature of the pellets after cooling: not higher than room temperature 5 degrees

4. Particle moisture content: <13% (raw material moisture content <13%)

5. Requirements for steam boilers: 0.2T/H 0.2-0.4MPa (provided by the buyer)

6. Power requirements: 380V/50Hz three-phase four-wire 73KW (equipment capacity)

7. Equipment dimensions: length 8m, width 3.5m, height 6m.

8. Installation conditions:

(if the supplier is required to install, the following preparations must be made in advance):

a. The buyer shall prepare the plant pit, install the boiler and power supply before

equipment installation.

b. During installation, the buyer shall provide one on-site mechanic and one electrician

(responsible for future equipment production and maintenance), and 3-4 assistant

workers.

c. Provide a set of electric welding machine, oxygen acetylene electrode and 3T hand chain

hoist (see the list of installation tools for details).

d. The supplier sends a technician to the buyer’s factory to be responsible for installation,

commissioning and training of operators; the buyer’s board and lodging expenses

during installation.

e. Installation and commissioning time:

It will be completed within 15 days if the buyer has the conditions.
