Cement Rotary Kiln
Ⅰ. Basic introduction of cement rotary kiln:
Mainly used for calcining cement clinker, it can be divided into
two categories: dry production cement kiln and wet production
cement kiln.
Metallurgical chemical kilns are mainly used for magnetization
roasting of lean iron ore in iron and steel plants in the
metallurgical industry; oxidative roasting of chromium and nickel
iron ore; roasting high alumina vanadium ore in refractory plants
and clinker and aluminum hydroxide in aluminum plants; roasting
chromium ore in chemical plants and chrome ore powder and other
minerals. Lime kiln (that is, active lime kiln) is used for
roasting active lime and light-burning dolomite used in iron and
steel plants and ferroalloy plants.
Rotary kilns are widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry,
building refractories, sanitation and other industries. The rotary
kiln is composed of a cylinder body, a supporting device, a
supporting device with a blocking wheel, a transmission device, a
movable kiln head, a kiln tail sealing device, a coal injection
pipe device and other components. The kiln body of the rotary kiln
is inclined to a certain degree from the horizontal. The whole kiln
body is supported by the supporting roller device, and there is a
blocking wheel device to control the up and down movement of the
kiln body. The auxiliary transmission device can still make the
kiln body rotate and prevent the kiln body from being bent and
deformed. The kiln head and kiln tail sealing devices adopt
advanced technology to ensure the reliability of the sealing.

operation, and high quality of products discharged from the kiln.
It can provide users with advanced high-efficiency vertical
cylinder preheaters and five-stage cyclone preheaters.
Ⅱ. Cement rotary kiln category:
Cement rotary kiln includes: dry process cement rotary kiln,
semi-dry process cement rotary kiln and wet process cement rotary
kiln; cement rotary kiln specifications and models: specifications
from φ3.2×50～φ6×95m, output 1000-10000 t/d.
Complete sets of process equipment and engineering design
technology for cement plants with a daily output of 5,000 to 12,000
tons have successively developed dozens of sets of complete sets of
cement equipment for 2500t/d new dry process cement production
lines for customers in more than a dozen countries and countries

Ⅲ. Technical characteristics of cement rotary kiln:
(1) The kiln body is rolled with high-quality carbon steel or alloy
steel plate and welded automatically;
(2) The rolling ring adopts ZG35CrMo or 42CrMo steel;
(3) The sliding bearing adopts large clearance without scraping;
(4) The transmission device adopts a hard tooth surface reducer, a
spring diaphragm coupling, and a DC motor drive.
