Ⅰ. Working principle of vertical compound crusher(stone crusher
machine)
This machine is mainly composed of frame, rotor, hammer head,
lining plate, feeding port, discharge port and other components.
The motor drives the rotor through the rotation of the V-belt, so
that the hammer head fixed on the rotor runs at a high speed, so
that the material and the hammer head are connected to each other
at a high speed. The inner wall lining plate is fully impacted, so
as to crush the materials in the crushing chamber.
It is also used for the crushing of iron ore, sandstone, gypsum,
blast furnace slag, lump coal and other medium-hard ores.

This machine is mainly composed of frame, rotor, hammer head,
lining plate, inlet, outlet and other components. It has the
characteristics of large crushing ratio, low energy consumption,
stable operation, simple structure, convenient operation and
maintenance, etc.

the stone-on-stone principle, the wear and tear is small.

(4) It is less affected by the moisture content of the material,
and the moisture content can reach about 8%.
(5) The working noise is lower than 75 decibels (db level), and the
dust pollution is less.
(6) Suitable for crushing medium-hard and extra-hard materials.
(7) The product is cubic, with high bulk density and minimal iron
pollution.
