ASME SA213 TP304 pipe is made from austenitic grades with the addition of 2% to 3% molybdenum to further improve corrosion resistance. ASTM A213 TP304 Tubing Sizes and Thicknesses are typically supplied to their specifications from 1/8 in. [3.2 mm] ID to 5 in. [127 mm] OD with a minimum wall thickness of 0.015 to 0.500 in. [0.4 to 12.7 mm] (inclusive) thickness . ASTM A213 UNS S30400 pipe in other diameters may be supplied provided that such pipe meets all other requirements of this specification.

ASTM A213 TP304 Stainless Steel Seamless Pipes are manufactured in a seamless process for use in high pressure environments, stainless steel TP304 grade is the most commonly used material because of its high strength and excellent corrosion resistance.

The main manufacturing process of ASTM A213 TP 304 seamless pipe includes cold rolling, cold drawing, heat treatment and pickling. The manufacturing of seamless pipe shall be in accordance with ASTM A213 specification and the product shall be analyzed according to the test and inspection certificate.

Size Range:

The tubing sizes and thicknesses usually furnished to this specification are 1⁄8 in. [3.2 mm] in inside diameter to 5 in. [127 mm] in outside diameter and 0.015 to 0.500 in. [0.4 to 12.7 mm], inclusive, in minimum wall thickness or, if specified in the order, average wall thickness. Tubing having other diameters may be furnished, provided such tubes comply with all other requirements of this specification.
