1. Ore Grinding Mill Raymond mill Product description
(1) The machine structure is mainly composed of main machine,
analyzer, fan, finished cyclone separator, micro powder cyclone
separator and air duct. Among them, the host machine consists of a
frame, air inlet volute, shovel, grinding roller, grinding ring,
cover shell.
(2) Working principle of Raymond mill Ore Grinding Mill:
Work, will need to crush materials from hood shell side into the
hopper add machine, relying on roller device of hanging on the host
plum flower shelf, around the vertical axis of revolution, itself
rotates at the same time, due to the effect of rotating centrifugal
force when the roller swing outward, press in ring, the shovel
knife scooping up material to between grinding roller and grinding
ring, The purpose of crushing materials is achieved by rolling and
pressing the grinding roller.
Air selection process: after the material is ground, the fan will
blow the wind into the main machine housing, blowing the powder,
sorting by the analyzer placed above the grinding room, the fine
and coarse materials fall into the grinding room for regrinding,
fineness in accordance with the specifications of the wind into the
cyclone collector, collected after discharging through the powder
outlet, that is, the finished product. The air flow is returned to
the fan by the return duct at the upper end of the big cyclone
collector.
The wind path is circulating and flows under negative pressure. The
increased air volume of the circulating air path is discharged
through the exhaust pipe between the fan and the host machine, and
enters the small cyclone collector for purification treatment.
