Introduction
I. Equipment use and performance
The equipment adopts continuous casting and rolling process φ 15, φ
12, φ 9.5mm conductive aluminum rods of three specifications,
including φ 15mm production adopts 11 racks, φ 12mm production
adopts 13 racks, and φ 9.5mm production adopts 15 racks.
II. Production process
The qualified aluminum liquid is injected into the horizontal
casting continuous caster through the launder and continuously cast
to 2340mm² trapezoidal ingots. After traction, it is sheared with
rolling shears to remove the waste ingots that do not meet the
requirements of rolling. After entering the continuous rolling mill
through the feeder for rolling, the rods are pulled out. After
entering the oil-free draft tube and the rod winding device, the
aluminum rods fall into the double basket rod take-up machine to
form a plum blossom winding coil.
