Q1: Are you a factory or company?
A: Yes, we are a factory with 10 years experience, specialize in
18650 and 26650 lithium ion battery, lifepo4 battery.
Q2: Can I have a sample order for battery?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality, samples
are free. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q3: Can I print my own logo on the product?
A: Yes, we welcome OEM and ODM orders. Please inform us formally
before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our
sample.
Q4: Do you have MOQ for your batteries?
A: MOQ of OEM orders is 10,000 pcs. We can also accept small
quantity for neutral orders, moq of 18650 battery is 400 pcs, and
26650 battery is 192 pcs.
Q5: What is your production capacity?
A: Our production capacity can reach to 200,000 pcs per day.
Q6: What about the lead time?
A: Sample needs 1 day, neutral order of mass production needs 3-7
working days. If OEM of bulk orders, it would be about 7~15 days.
Q7: What about the quality of your battery?
A: We only produce safe, reliable and longetive battery, all
products have passed the CE, RoHS certifications etc.
