1. Can I visit the production site of your machines in India?

1)We can't make decisions for my clients. I have to ask my clients. After all, this is our customer's factory.

2)I think that You wouldn't want your competitors to visit your manufacturing site. please understand.

2. Can I use CIF price? Can I pay by L/C?

-CIF price: actually to do EXW will more simple and save cost for you. the india delivery forwarder will charge ours more than yours. CIF price need add the freight, insurance fee on the basis of EXW price.

- L/C payment:

1)you need to wait longer to get the machine, which will delay your production plan and delay the opportunity.

2)When there is an error in the letter of credit, you will have to pay a fee to correct the error, which will increase your cost.

3)The procedure of L/C payment is complicated, which will waste a lot of time on payment.

3.What is your machine actual speed ?

1)We can’t give you the accurate actual production capacity. The actual speed is influenced by many factors, such as the number of the components, the kind of products, the time of send board, etc.

2)Such as for RT-1, the speed of led chip mainly around 23000-25000 CPH. But for driver will be different .

4.How many hours does the machine can operate per day?

Machine can work whole day. But for longer using life, we suggest you to have 1 hour or 2 hours off per day.

5.I want to discuss with you about the assembly machines?

I would advise you not to buy assembly lines yet because assembly lines are very expensive, it can be assembled manually first.
