PCD wire drawing die is made of diamond powder under the action of
metal catalyst (cobalt), and it is sintered with high pressure and
high temperature process.Under the condition of strict process
control, diamond micro-crystalline particles formed between health,
making it similar to natural diamond high hardness and high thermal
conductivity, at the same time, because of the diamond powder for
irregular arrangement, make poly-crystalline diamond performance
for isotropic, processing without considering its orientation, and
has better toughness and wear resistance.
Our company uses different kinds of polycrystalline diamond as the
raw material, which is a kind of uniform ultra-fine particles by
the high temperature, high pressure crystallization, guaranteeing
the out of roundness of wire rod and has high surface finish,
drawing long life, in the process of drawing for a long time and it
is hard for mould to wear and have flat wire.
