Wanli® PUR hotmelt adhesive PUR-1990 for cladding bonding is a
single-component reactive PUR hot melt adhesive with 100% solid
content. PUR-1990 can be used for aluminum alloy cladding to PVC and other materials. PUR-1990 is featured stable viscosity under heating at a certain
temperature, fast positioning, high initial bonding strength. After curing, PUR-1990 has good peel strength, good humidity & heat resistance and weather resistance.
APPLICATION

USER GUIDE
The package of Wanli® PUR hotmelt adhesive PUR-1990 is suitable for various dispensing equipment.
It is recommended to use at an ambient temperature of 20℃-30℃.
The recommended operating temperature is 130℃~150℃
In order to achieve complete curing, it is better to place finished
product in a working environment with suitable temperature and
humidity (recommended temperature: 23℃~25℃, about 65% relative humidity).
STORAGE
Store Wanli® PUR hotmelt adhesive PUR-1990 where it’s dry, cool and avoid direct sunlight. The storage
temperature should be not more than 35℃ and avoid open fire or heat
source.
