Tungsten Heavy Alloy Stud is a kind of tungsten as a matrix alloy material (tungsten content is generally 80%~98%), and a small amount of nickel, iron, copper, cobalt, molybdenum, chromium and other elements. The density of high specific gravity tungsten alloy can reach 15.20~18.70g/cm3, also known as high specific gravity tungsten alloy or high density alloy material. Because tungsten alloy weighs more than twice as much as steel.

What is Tungsten Heavy Alloy Stud?

1. Heavy tungsten alloys are mainly divided into nickel nickel iron, nickel nickel alloy, nickel copper and even tungsten alloy. In contrast, o-ni-fe alloy has good mechanical properties and plays an important role in national defense industry and national economy. It is a very important new military material in the national defense industry, and has been gradually extended to various civilian industries.
2. The tungsten content of tungsten alloys varies from 90% to 98%, which is the reason for their high density (16.5 to 19.00g/CC). Nickel, iron, and/or copper are used as metal binder bases to hold the fragile tungsten particles together, making the tungsten alloy malleable and easy to work with. Ferronicel is the most commonly used additive in 7Ni: 3Fi or 8Ni: 2Fe
