Roller Sturcture and Parts
Seal Structure
1 Non-contact labyrinth structure, forming a complex, winding and
narrow maze between inner and outer seal part.
2 The maze is filled in high quality grease.
3 Water proof and dust proof performance
Bearing
C3 deep groove radial ball bearing which adopts bidirectional seal
structure to improve the performance of water-proof and dust proof.
Shell, shaft and bearing housing
1 Specs of shell and shaft are according to requirements in GB
Standard .
2 The tolerance of radial runout, roundness and straightness, and
appearance are higher than standard in GB.
3 Bearing housing is produced by stretching the cold-rolled plate.
4 Both-sides precise welding between housing and shell to guarantee
the overall strength and stiffness of rollers.
