How to quickly replace the faulty industrial spring?

1. Before installing the industrial air spring, we should evenly apply the lubricant (tire lubricant) to the upper and lower bases of the spring, which can reduce the friction caused by installing the new air spring, and at the same time protect the air spring and its contact position. damaged.
2. Place the new industrial air spring on a dry flat surface, hold both sides of the spring firmly with both hands, and press down on the spring until the volume of the spring is large enough to accommodate the "upper and lower base" range.
3. When installing, combine the bottom of the industrial air spring with the lower base, and then adjust the top of the spring to enter the upper base; when the industrial air spring is basically between the upper and lower bases, open the air pressure valve to inflate the spring; at the same time, Maintenance personnel need to stabilize the air spring with both hands to prevent excessive displacement.
4. After 10 to 15 seconds of inflation, the industrial air spring is fully inflated. At this time, spray foam water on the projectile body, and carefully check whether the new industrial air spring is well sealed and whether the projectile body is damaged. If there is no problem, the installation will be completed and it can operate normally.
