Turning Features:

Samples or an idea or a sketch will be good too, my engineering department can design the 3D drawing on the new project.

3. What if I am not satisfied with the quality after receiving the goods?

We will carry out after-sales treatment for you. If there is a product quality problem or quantity defect, we will negotiate a refund for you or reissue your qualified products. However, we will strictly check the product quality and quantity for you before shipment with 100, so you can rest assured about the product quality problems.

4. Can I have a trial order or samples only for several pieces?

As the product is customized and needs to be produced, we will charge the sample cost, but if the sample is not more expensive, we will refund the sample cost after you place mass orders.

5. Will my drawings be safe after sending them to you?
