KZL Series High Speed Grinding Granulator/KZL series Fast Granule Processor
General process description
KZL Series high speed food grinding granulator is widely used in
foodstuff , pharmaceutical, chemica industries with good effect.
The granulator, equipped with reasonable filter net and shankpiece,
can smash those easy dispersed block materials and screen them
carefully via the screen with special mesh under centrifugal force.
The size of granules can be adjustable. The machine can replace the
Oscilating granulator/Oscillator.
1. The shape and specification of granules are varied from
different process and equipment. Those granules can be formed into
ones with almost same size and specification after treated through
the machine.
2. The machine is made of stainless steel with surface polished,
easy to dismantle and assemble as well as clean.

The fixed mesh screen is made of stainless steel plate, not easy to
be damaged.
When the gap between crushing knives and mesh screen can be
adjusted.
