CBB81 392J2000V Metallized Polypropylene Film Capacitor For

CBB81 capacitor is a kind of capacitor with metallized
polypropylene film and aluminum foil in series, non-inductive
winding, and wrapped in epoxy resin. It is very large and can
achieve very high voltage, which is the most frequently used
capacitor on the high voltage circuit.

What is the role of CBB81 capacitor?
CBB81 capacitors are commonly used in high pulse, high current
circuits. It can withstand high voltage, high frequency, large
current, mostly used for resonant circuit. CBB81 capacitor is
generally used for electrical appliances that need instant surge of
high current.
CBB21 and CBB81: Although both are polypropylene film capacitors,
there is still a big difference between the two. In some
high-voltage and high-current circuits, CBB21 capacitor is no
longer competent, so CBB81, a new product, is introduced. CBB81
capacitor is wound by single mask + aluminum foil + optical film,
and its structure is more complex than CBB21. But it can withstand
high frequency, high voltage, high current.
CBB81 has the advantage of high frequency, high voltage and high
current resistance, but has the disadvantage of small capacity and
large volume.
