2. Microwave sterilization is sterilization by special thermal
effect and non-thermal effect. Compared with conventional thermal
sterilization, the required disinfection and sterilization effect
can be obtained at a lower temperature and in a shorter time.
3. Practice has shown that the sterilization temperature is usually
75-80 degrees Celsius to achieve the effect. In addition,
microwave-treated food can retain more nutrients and flavors such
as color, aroma, taste, and shape, and has a peng effect. For
example, the vitamin C retained by conventional heat treatment
vegetables is 46~50%, while that of microwave treatment is 60~90%,
the vitamin A retention of conventional heating pig liver is 58%,
and that of microwave heating is 84%.
4. Since the substance containing moisture easily absorbs
microwaves and generates heat, there is almost no other loss except
for a small amount of transmission loss, which contributes to high
thermal efficiency and energy saving.
