Advantages of air springs
A. The air spring has nonlinear characteristics, and its characteristic line can be designed as an ideal curve according to the needs.
B. The stiffness of the air spring changes with the load, so the natural vibration frequency does not change under any load, so that the spring device has almost constant performance.
C. Good performance in absorbing high frequency vibration and sound insulation.
D. Through the height control valve, the working height of the air spring can be kept constant under any load, and the spring can also have different heights under the same load, so it is beneficial to adapt to various structural requirements.
E. The stiffness of the air spring can be selected by changing the volume of the additional air chamber according to the needs, and it can be selected very low.
F. The same air spring can bear axial and radial loads at the same time, and can also transmit torque, and through the adjustment of internal pressure, different bearing capacities can be obtained, so it can meet the needs of various loads.
G. An orifice is set between the air spring body and the additional air chamber, which can play a damping role. If the aperture is properly selected, a shock absorber may not be provided.
