Q: What is the warranty for the LED lights?
A: The LED lights have two years warranty. If it is our quality
problem, we will replace the new one for the broken.
Q: How long is the lifetime for the LED products?
A: The lifetime is about 50,000hours

A: For our first cooperation, your small order is acceptable.
Q: What kinds of certificate do you have?
A: The LED lights are of good quality approved by CE and RoHS.
Q: What kinds of LED chip do you use?
A: The LED chips we are using are Epistar/Cree/Edison. Also can use
led chip as your request.
Q: How long is the production time?
A: For samples, the lead time is about 3-5days. For mass
production, the lead time is 10-20days after receiving payment.
Q: How about shipment?
A: For small order, we can ship it by DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, etc.
For big order, we can ship it by sea or by air.
