Product introduction
It is a fully automatic winding machine for lithium batteries
supercapacitor, which is with the function of monitoring winding
length and diameter. It is capable to carry out chamfer, hole
punching, short circuit testing, it features stable working status
and technology guarantee.
Key features
• Manually feeding material, automatically winding, tape sticking
and discharging.
• High winding precision, cathode & anode electrode alignment,
separator & electrode alignment tolerance within ±0.5mm. Diviation
error of electrode and separator is less than ± 0.5mm during
winding.
• The electrode cutting edge is flat and smooth, and the cutter is
made of aluminum alloy to ensure the sharp edge.
• The separator surface is flat and smooth, no separator
misalignment and no burrs after punching holes.
• It owns short circuit testing function.
• Separator tension can be set, automatic correction.
• It is equipped with brush dust removal function.
• Monitoring for winded diameter.
