It is suitable for grooving, pre-sealing and crimping of
supercapacitor cases.
Key Features
• Grooving and sealing are driven precisely by the servo motor. The
feed distance and speed are controlled accurately to be kept
stable, without rebound (the cylinder will rebound under
compression resistance).
• The grooving and sealing dimensions of supercapacitors can be set
on the HMI, and adjusted automatically and precisely to the
required data.
• The pressing speed for sealing changes from quick feeding to slow
crimping.
• The product is clamped securely by the jacket, with high
centering coaxiality, but no shaking. It is grooved and sealed
evenly with good out-off-roundness.
• Feeding is guided by the high-precision linear guide rail set, to
ensure high accuracy and stable dimensions of grooving and sealing.
• The PLC control and HMI are conductive to automation.
• The outer cover is used for intelligent protective and safe and
reliable use, and the external geometry is exquisite, neat and
conducive to operation.
