Tips when operating pile driving arm

check whether the oil of the diesel engine and the water level of
the water tank are in the normal value, and also check whether the
column is straight before starting it, if the column is not in a
straight state, we need to adjust the pitch cylinder and the side
screw in time to correct.
Missing this step may result in unprovoked damage to the pile arm
of the hook machine; increase the speed of the drive motor at a
constant rate after starting, at the same time, we should listen
carefully whether the driving hammer on the pile arm of the hook
machine operates according to the normal frequency, and then adjust
the longitudinal orientation of the chassis and the lateral
orientation of the column to make the column reach the calibration
position and start the device carefully When the work is finished,
the hydraulic hammer should be lowered and the column should be
kept in a backward position, which is beneficial to keep the
stability of the piling arm.
