Description:
Our company specialize in designing and customizing all kinds of
long reach boom for all brand excavators.
We have detailed dimension of most excavators, For this Komatsu
PC300-7 excavator we have described the dimensions.
For all the long reach boom we customized, have followed details:
1. For all the long reach boom we produced, including lubricant
pipe system, hydraulic system, 1 bucket, 1 bucket cylinder, 1
linkage, all pins, all hoses,etc
2. The Stick cylinder of the long boom, can use the original stick
cylinder to save the cost, if you need the stick cylinder, we also
can prepare it for you.
This Komatsu PC300 excavator long reach boom, the stick cylinder
uses the original stick cylinder
3. The main material of this long boom is Q345B + Q690D, the top
and bottom cover plate use Q690D, other plate use Q345B. Weldox is
also optional to suit your application. Pin’s material is 42CrMo4.
4. Before welding,we have use big bevelling machine bevel the edge
of the sheet.So the welding can go to the internal of the
steel-sheet and make the structure have higher performance.
5. If necessary, extra pipeline can be added as customer
requirements
For this Komatsu PC300 18 meter long reach boom, we do not prepare
extra auxiliary pipe as customer requirements
6. Our welding was by manual. Welding is protective-gas welding,
the protective gas is 80% Argon and 20% CO2 mixed. This is the
golden standard for protective gas.
7. For all bases, joints and other main structures of the long
boom, we use boring machine to adjust the precision after welding,
to avoid the welding-stress leading to big tolerance.
8. We will also supply parts list for the long reach boom, so it’s
easy for Maintenance and after-sales service.
9. We can supply detailed dimension drawing for confirmation before
ordering.
