Product Introduction:
Capacitive energy storage welding machine is a special resistance
welding machine that uses a pulse current with relatively
concentrated energy to generate heat through the contact point of
the welded work and fuse the metal. Mainly used for welding
dissimilar metal hard specifications with different thicknesses or
surfaces, especially suitable for welding materials with good
thermal conductivity, good conductivity, or small post weld heat
affected zone, such as electrical appliances, watch straps,
jewelry, stainless steel tableware, and hardware manufacturing.

discharge until the capacitor is charged to the preset voltage. (It

welding quality.
3. Digital regulator can adjust the voltage at both ends of the
capacitor from 40V to 1V accuracy 400 v.
4. Accurate digital circuit can control the voltage fluctuation
error within 0.5%.
