Basic introduction
The hand-held laser welding machine uses a continuous fiber laser
as the light source and is equipped with a self-developed hand-held
welding head. The shape, structure and man-machine are optimized
based on humanization and work effectiveness. The hand-held welding
head can be produced according to actual production. Customized,
very suitable for non-standard production, water-cooled design,
long-term welding does not get hot, small diameter, easy to hold,
has the advantages of simple operation, beautiful welding seam,
fast welding speed, and no consumables.
Machine Features
Independently developed a new generation of hand-held laser welding
machine, which adopts an integrated structure design, and can be
equipped with fiber lasers according to requirements.
Ultra-low operating cost, only consumes 1~2 kWh of electricity per
hour, no other consumables;
The use of dual temperature and dual control chillers can meet the
different cooling requirements of the laser and the welding head at
the same time, ensuring that the laser and the welding head can
work stably for a long time;
Various welding swing modes such as O-type, line-type and
point-type can be selected, and the swing width can be adjusted
within the range of 0-5mm to ensure the consistency of the welding
effect;
Equipped with a digital barometer with low pressure alarm function
to assist in adjusting the air pressure;
The ergonomically designed hand-held laser welding head can be
equipped with an elastic weight reducer to reduce the weight of the
welding head during operation, making it lighter and more
practical.
