FSCUT1000 series is a low-cost fiber laser cutting solution for
small power range application. FSCUT1000 is simplified from
FSCUT2000 system, it integrates motion control and height control
unit in one, is a cost-effective laser cutting control system.
FSCUT2000C medium power laser cutting system is a full-solution
open-loop control system specially designed for sheet metal
fabricaton industry, with features of easy to install and adjust,
excellent performance and fully integrated solutions
FSCUT3000S system is designed for tube cutting control, support
standard tube(retangle, circle, oval, ellipse and obround etc.) ,
free form , and steel channels(T/U/H/L shape) production of high
precision and efficiency.
FSCUT4000 is a close loop laser cutting control system designed for
high speed and precision application. It provides most advanced
technology that allows to self-adjust and cross-coupling control
tool path in production, offers user defined and flexible piercing
technique, supports position synchronized output (PSO) etc.
FSCUT5000 series is a bus cutting system specially designed for
special pipe cutting machines. Among them, the FSCUT5000A system is
suitable for the three-chuck special pipe cutting machine, and the
FSCUT5000B system is suitable for the two-chuck special cutting
machine; with the tube nesting software TubesT, it can realize
common edge cutting, saving time and material.
FSCUT7000 system is an intelligent bus system for precision
machining with ultrafast lasers such as picosecond and femtosecond.
Fully meet the requirements of high-speed and high-precision,
high-precision light output control, automatic docking and other
basic characteristics: apply a new control algorithm and bus
structure to achieve high-precision trajectory processing; use
high-speed real-time hardware slaves to achieve 0.1um~10um
equidistant light output control (PSO) function; realize automatic
online production through the combination of standard communication
protocol and parallel plc.
